WINTER PARTY
  Oh yes it was! What a great turn out for our Winter Party Celebration 2012. It will not be long and the pic will be up. Thanks to the setup crew, decorators, yummy dessert bakers, door prizes donated from the chapter and Great Lakes Harley-Davidson.  Shirlene's, who catered the best food and also purchased two raffle tickets for door prizes. We had door greeters, gamers and the cleanup crew. Great time to just hang out and enjoy each others company. I can see where this party is a furturist look at what this riding season will be.

   I am counting down to our Winter Party! Yes there will be some work involved but it will be well worth it!  Great Lakes Harley-Davidson is hosting the Harleys and Hairbands Event on the same night only a different venue. If anyone is attending that event it will be a great opportunity to sell raffle tickets.  I want to see all of you for the Winter Celebration and you know how crazy I am about raffle ticket sales. Well, I will say it will all work out....it always does.

  Membership dues, membershp chapter cards where issued, RSVP's for the Winter celebration taken, and we meet several new members.
  Last month Kevin won $25.00 gift certificate and 6 extra nifty fifty tickets for raffle bike ticket sales This month Doug D was the winner with Kevin pulling a close second.  If ten tickets are too many to try and sell get a pick of five.
   The chapter gave a thank you card with a pizza gift certificate enclosed for the staff at GLHD.
   Awesome turn out for the chapter meeting. Looking forward to the Winter Celebration. I am still taking your RSVP for our catered dinner. Members free and guest $10.00, pay at the door.

 And the winners are....from the Birch Run Bike Show Joe B. Denise D., Andy H., and
Bill N. The chapter also sold over 100 raffle tickets!  It was just a good time to hang out and just visit . Got to hear some old biker tales that I hadn't heard before.
 I beleive we will see great pic in Thunder Roads. On Saturday, I took some random shots and need to get those to Ken.      xxoo MJ         

                                                 
 Feb.18th we are having a Winter Celebration ; the beginning of this chapters' 26th year. Catered meal and great company! This dinner is free to chapter member and $10.00 for your guest.  Call me for your RSVP. Lets not forget members get a 15% discount at Great Lakes Harley-Davidson.  We cannot take your membership dues if your national membership has expired.
