We will meet at the Texan in Midland.
The objective of this meeting is to review and propose amendments to our by-laws and Chapter Charter Constitution, so they provide guidance with respect to our current operational needs and address the perceived needs of the chapter with respect to future growth and leadership.
Any member is welcome to attend and observe this special meeting.
Chapter activities/events are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members. There are three categories of activities:
(C) Closed Event - open to chapter members and one guest per member.
(M) Member Event - open only to H.O.G. members.
(O) Open Event - open to chapter members, national H.O.G. members, and other guests as desired.
